- Yes. Student organizations, chapters, teams and departments all use the same request — tell them the group size and date and the hospitality team replies with what they can do.
- Does SIUE Club take my catering order?
- No. SIUE Club is a discovery site. Your request goes to the hospitality team that handles catering for these restaurants, and they own pricing, timing and confirmation.
- Can I have food delivered, or host the group in the restaurant?
- Both are options in the request — pickup, delivery, group dining in the room, or dedicated event space. Pick a starting point and change it before you send.
- How far in advance should I ask?
- Send the request as soon as you know your date. Lead times depend on the size of the order and the restaurant, so they confirm what's possible directly with you.
