Game day food for your dorm or watch party

How do I start planning food for a watch party?

Start with a real head count and a target time for the food. Ask who is joining before choosing a bundle, and make sure one person is ready to confirm the order with the restaurant. A dorm gathering can feel informal, but a clear count is still more useful than an open-ended promise that everyone might stop by.

Confirm contents, customization, timing, and availability with the restaurant before collecting commitments from friends. Bundle names alone do not answer those questions.

Which Game Day Bundles can I compare?

Joe’s Edwardsville has Crew Pack and Party Pack. Clubhouse Lounge + Kitchen has Front 9 and Full 18. The stated serving counts below are the restaurant bundle facts, not a promise about how much every person will eat. Match the listed count to your expected gathering, then ask the restaurant if you need help choosing.

• Joe's Edwardsville Crew Pack

  Feeds 10 · $71.99

• Joe's Edwardsville Party Pack

  Feeds 20 · $129.99

• Clubhouse Lounge + Kitchen Front 9

  Feeds 10 · $114.99

• Clubhouse Lounge + Kitchen Full 18

  Feeds 20 · $219.99

What should I ask before choosing a pack?

Ask what is included, whether the bundle is available for your intended time, and how the restaurant wants you to place the order. If anyone in your group needs to ask about ingredients or changes, make that part of the conversation before choosing. This page cannot verify ingredients, substitutions, or accommodations from the bundle name alone.

Use the price as a starting point for a conversation, not as confirmation of a complete checkout total. Ask the restaurant to confirm the final purchase details. Likewise, a bundle described as feeding 10 or 20 does not establish how it is packaged or how it should be served. Keep those questions with the restaurant rather than filling in the gaps yourself.

Where do I place the order?

For Joe’s Edwardsville, start at eatjoes.com or call 618-655-9400. Joe’s address is 4 Club Centre Ct Ste E, Edwardsville, IL. For Clubhouse Lounge + Kitchen, start at 618clubhouse.com or call 618-800-1990. Explain which bundle you are considering and the size and timing of your gathering so the restaurant can confirm your next step.

An official ordering link does not confirm every bundle is available through every ordering method. If you do not see the option you want, call. SIUEClub provides the guide; the restaurant confirms and handles the order.

Can I use a student discount or Cougar Bucks?

The listed prices are the confirmed bundle prices in this guide. Ask the restaurant about any discount before you quote a total to friends, and keep any question about the transaction with the restaurant.

Cougar Bucks accepted. Excludes alcohol purchases. That rule does not confirm a particular bundle checkout method or a shared payment arrangement. If you want to use Cougar Bucks for this purchase, ask Joe’s or Clubhouse how to place it before ordering. The related Cougar Bucks guide offers a straightforward set of questions without promising an unverified payment process.

What if our group needs catering or later food?

For a bigger gathering or catering, check 618cater.com and ask about your group size, date, and intended food timing. Do not assume multiple bundles and a catering request work the same way. The restaurant or catering contact should confirm what fits your plan.

If the gathering runs into the evening, read the related late-night guide and call about food availability. Published closing hours alone do not confirm a kitchen cutoff or bundle ordering deadline. A short conversation before the gathering keeps the plan grounded in what the restaurant can actually confirm.
